Name: John Ward Jobs and Responsibilities: The Chairman is responsible for the overall organisation of the band. This includes arrangements which have to be made on an almost daily basis to ensure the smooth running of such things as engagements, rehearsals, meetings as well as constant communications with all band players and committee members alike.
